Jack-o-Lantern Balloon Garland

Today I prepared garland for the upcoming Shabby Chic Halloween/Birthday Party.  I am loving this theme.  It is so much fun to imagine up decorations for it.  My little girl is so excited.  She wanted to play with the balloons.
It was easy and fun.
I was inspired by agirlandaboy's blog on party balloons:

Materials:
Jute String (buying it from Home Depot was way cheaper than a craft store)
4ft of green tulle ribbon per bow
wooden clothes pins
orange balloons
Sharpie

Just draw on a Jack-o-Lantern face that you like & color it in with a Sharpie.
Tie a ribbon around a clothes pin & make a bow.
Hang your jute string and pin the balloons on.
