Happy Thanksgiving! Pumpkin Pie Playdoh and free printables

Pumpkin Pie is not just for October and Pumpkin Pie Playdoh shouldn't be either!  :o)
Happy Thanksgiving!  These would make great place cards for your little loved ones.  May your Thanksgiving be beautifully joyful.

Pumpkin Pie Playdough Recipe:
Makes twelve 1/2c. balls

Ingredients:
4c. Water
1/4c. Oil
1 tsp. Vanilla
Orange Food Coloring or Wilton's Icing Color's Orange (my favorite stuff)  *use a lot of color to make it vivid.
2c. Salt
4c. Flour
1/4c. Cream of Tarter
(Buy it from a wholesaler or you will pay too much.  I bought mine from the Dekalb Farmer's market and a dollar's worth  makes 2-3 batches.)
3T. Pumpkin Pie Spice
(Or substitute 1T & 2tsp. Ground Cinnamon, 1tsp Grated Nutmeg, 1tsp Ground Allspice, 1tsp Ground Cloves,  & 1tsp Ground Ginger)

In a 5qt or large pot over medium heat combine:
4c. Water
1/4c. Oil
1 tsp. Vanilla
Orange Food Grade Dye
Stir in until dissolved:
2c. Salt
While salt is dissolving, in a bowl combine:
4c. Flour
1/4c. Cream of Tarter
3T. Pumpkin Pie Spice
When the salt is disolved, reduce the heat to low and briskly stir in the flour.  The Playdough should form almost immediately.  When all the flour is incorporated remove from the heat and place on a plate to cool.  You can knead in extra color if desired.

Once it has cooled, take out1/2c. portions with a measuring cup and roll it into a ball.
Place in a plastic bag and put a chenille stem on the bag and curl it around your finger.
Cut out your tag and hot glue it to the stem.
Use a Sharpie to draw on a Jack-o-Lantern face.
